This notice explains the kinds of information the personal edition may process during beta, why we process it, and the choices available to you. - Voice input, meeting recordings, written conversations, and attachments you choose to submit;
- Device, operational, and error information needed to operate and secure the service.

We process information only as needed to provide account access, customer management, business-card recognition, voice processing, meeting summaries, AI assistance, tasks, visit preparation, and improvements to product security and reliability.
3. AI and service providers
Some recognition, voice, and AI capabilities may be provided by vetted service providers. We aim to transmit only the information necessary for each task and will disclose the applicable processing arrangements in the final policy.
4. Storage and protection
We use measures such as access control, encrypted transport, resource isolation, and audit logging to protect data. No system can promise absolute security; if an incident may affect your rights, we will take appropriate remediation and notification steps under applicable requirements.
5. Your choices
You may be able to access, correct, export, or delete personal information and business data, withdraw authorization, or close your account. The final product will provide the applicable controls.
