- Obtain any required consent before recording others or processing their personal information;
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement of third-party rights, or actions that compromise system security.
3. AI-generated content
AI summaries, suggestions, and structured information can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing source materials and making the final decision for quotations, contracts, commitments, and other material business matters.
4. Intellectual property
You retain rights in content you lawfully submit. The BizAide brand, interface, software, and product design are protected by applicable law. Do not copy or use them in a misleading commercial manner without permission.
5. Beta notice
The beta is offered as available and may experience instability, data migration, or functional changes. Do not use the beta as the sole store of critical business records; keep any backup you need.
6. Updates
We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels.
